The CCS Client Portal allows clients to send applications and/or financial documents, check the status of their eligibility, and see authorizations. You are also able to send messages to your CCS team members. We are here to help make your communication with CCS better.
Call the CCS office at 916-875-9990 and ask to speak to your assigned Health Services Coordinator. They will assist you with signing up for full CCS Client Portal access.
